– Delivery is performed personally by your local Mail company in your country of residence.

– We will ship the products as the International ePacket (Airmail) by Japan Post.

  • The International ePacket is less than 2kg and the total length of the three sides is less than 90cm. The weight of each product and the total length of the three sides are described on the product page.

  • The customs declaration will be done a simplified form CN22 for mail items with limited values.

  • The standard delivery period is different by region/country/state.

  • The delivery might be delayed due to the reasons of Japan Post and the shipping company in the delivery area, and In this case, we do not guarantee the delivery in the maximum period.

As our current general rule, we don't employ express courier services  (FEDEX, DHL or YAMATO)  due to restrictions  imposing on foods in many countries.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
All payments processed through our site are handled over Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

Return & Exchange Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.


Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days using our free returns option for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
